This was great, did all the things I would expect to a high standard so no complaints there.I dropped a star purely because I prefer the colour 9.01 of the same range. It's a gentler grey, much more natural looking. This one, 9.11, is actually a darker colour and much more 'grey' than 'ash blonde' which is what I was looking for.
