One big design fault, when I'm using it as a hot brush as opposed to a straightener, the lock to open the brush to the straightener easily slides open .... Annoying ! It also gets extremely hot, much more so than the average hot brush so be warned, I've burned myself a couple of times

This was useless on my mega curly/frizzy hair. Having said that I gave it to my granddaughter who quite liked it. But I found it very unwieldy and difficult to use with a great chance of burning myself. Might suit someone with shorter less curly hair.
