Yup, little plastic sticks with loops on the end, perfect for what you need. They are as described and the pack also comes with a handy, albeit small sheet of instructions on how to style your hair using the 2 loopy things, easy to master and I am impressed with what I can achieve, other than the usual boring pony tail. I just have watch that my nieces don't 'borrow' them!!

They get the job done , but the small one broke within just a day or two of using , I've given 3 stars as the big one is still holding out but won't last much longer. Not the best quality but it's kind of what you expect for the price

Mixed views on this. Would be helpful to have instructions in English as a guide so you're not guessing quite so much on how to use it in your hair. However, it does work and you can't argue with the price.
