I ordered this for my mum. After asking her today (she has been using this product for three weeks now) she is very happy. She had been looking for a fuzz remover without batteries as she uses it frequently and the batteries would be exhausted. This is a great alternative as it needs charging and can be used for a couple of hours without charging again. Delivery was prompt.
