The items arrived well within the prescribed time scale. Packaged adequately with each individual file also within its own plastic bag. They work incredibly well. The grit surface is excellent for rough skin. The longevity of the product isn't as good as more expensive files, but I prefer these. The lower price means one can afford to change to a new file more frequently and thus always have really effective one ready to go. I put in one order, and was so impressed, I have ordered 9 more. Thoroughly recommended.

The rasp was simple and easy to use. It gently, but effectively removed the tough hard skin from the heel of my foot.
