I have used Dr Numb before as i have a massive backpiece tattoo which is so painful without numbing cream! this is quite expensive if it doesnt work...it all depends on what you need it for really? i would say leave it on minimum 3 hours with cling film and micropore tape before any "procedure" it has worked in the past but i bought it alot cheaper from a different site, id say numbing effect lasts around 30 mins then wears off pretty fast if constant wiping and sprays (tattoo ect). don't wrap sayy your whole leg in this as i read up on dangers and side effects so be aware of how strong 10% actually is : )
