Dove Men +Care Clean Shower ToolFor easy rinsing, hold tool (mesh side up) directly under shower head for 5 seconds. Let water run through and give it a good squeeze. Repeat until all excess soap is removed and hang up to dry.For best results, replace Active Clean Shower Tool every 4-6 weeks.

Compared to a standard 'sea foam sponge', this one does not absorb half as much of the shower gel, so I have to re-apply it much more frequently. On the flip-side it does have a kind of 'felt' side for rubbing your back, etc. but the primary reason I bought it was to make shower gel go further.For a disposable item you're supposed to replace every few months it is rather expensive, and I do not intend to just throw it away and replace as they suggest, because that sounds wasteful. If you're like me and you just wanted something to squeeze shower gel on to and rub into a lather, you're probably better off just buying one of the cheap sea sponges on a string.

bought for my son and he loves it BUT you can get just as good for far less price, recommend replacing it every 6 to 8 weeks well at the price i thing i will be buying the cheaper brand...sorry... works well mind..
