These are a must for any house with teenagers or adults prone to breakouts. The dream dots are amazing. They arrived just in time for my massive spot to be tested upon. It says over night but they came first thing I was off and had abbig night out planned so decides to give it a whirl and see what it could do. Each dot is sealed in its over package, pretty much like a plaster. It's very easy to apply to the area, basically clean around the spot, ensure the skin is dry and put over the spot, leave overnight and remove in the morning. So I had mine on all day and because it's skin coloured it doesn't stand out my friend didn't even notice it when she arrived and I still had it on. I had an active day and also went for a well needed afternoon nap and it stayed put so no problems with it staying where you put it. These clever little patches would have changed my life if they had been available years ago when my face was plagued by intermittent stress-related breakouts. Nowadays my skin rarely breaks out but, when it does, I now have the answer. These small, round patches are nearly invisible once on my face and work like a charm.
Using them is simple: wash the affected area, pat dry with a clean towel and apply the Dream Dot, pressing well for a few seconds. Ideally, the patch should stay in place for eight hours (overnight works well) and I found that they are not affected by water if you decide to leave them on longer. What I really like is that they do not contain any harsh ingredients, unlike the usual acne gels that dry up and irritate my skin.
