Disappointing, possibly fake?, 15 Mar. 2015
Not sure if this product is fake or something but wow, my lips are dryer than they've ever been. It has a really weird texture and a very yellow colour which I know is normal for some eos but this is quite yellow which makes me wonder! I attached a picture so someone might be able to tell me if this is normal. In this case I'd say you're so much better off with Carmex or Burts Bees for less money and miles better results. I had high hopes for this but unfortunately I'm disappointed :( my poor lips!

Obviously the product itself is brilliantly smoothing and hydrating for the lips, with a beautiful application and smell. But in addition to this, the service was also just as good - i live in the UK, and this took only 4 days to arrive from the US. Quick and the packaging was not damaged at all.
