as with other purchaser, and review. I too had difficulty in opening atomizer, and needed help. Now it is easy, the metal top part of atomizer twists/pulls away from the bottom plastic part, exposing a glass bottle which then unscrews and is easy to fill. I am extremely happy with this product.

Looks stylish and almost lipstick style case and holds plenty of perfume on the go. I managed to unscrew this product with no difficulty. I would buy this as a present for my friends.
