I bought my first green ETI back in 1979 when I first started work as an apprentice hairdresser. It saw me through 5 years of daily, continuous use as a hairdresser and has been used on an almost continuous daily basis at home ever since. It's still going strong today (2014) and I wouldn't be without it. Today, as a present I've been given this lovely baby blue coloured ETI just in case my beloved green one finally gives up on me (although no sign of it happening yet). Would I recommend this product? Definitely. It's fantastic and I hope this new one is as good as my green one and goes on for another 30 years. It's not a 'name' or endorsed on TV by a celebrity but it does the job, its powerful and is extremely reliable and that's what I want.

last for years! good value for money! good choice of colours !, 7 Nov. 2014
These hairdryers are brilliant I had my first one in the 70's in my teens since then I'm in my 50's and this is only my 4'th ... Never had any problems with them and as you can read last for years . well worth the money .would highly recommend ! :-)

Fairly quiet or maybe thats because my previous one was pretty ancient and I must have got used to the roar. This is quite light and I personally am very pleased with it. I can only hope it lasts as long as my other one did.
