The bristles are tightly packed so catches quite a bit of powder on it..a bit tricky to buff so you have to distribute the powder first and then buff if you need it evenly spread. I still think it's a product worth considering as it has a lid, is compact and therefore great for travel or the office.

Great to use, just wish the top would fit on the handle when using it. Feels like excellent quality and I don't get a rash with this brush as the bristles are super soft and blends in mineral face powder perfectly.
