Great shaving brush, 18 Feb. 2012

Having been a safety razor user for many years I wanted to upgrade some of my kit. I had a Wilkinson Sword artificial brush which was ok but lost on average about two bristles per shave. Firstly, this brush has not lost a single hair since I've had it which is about six weeks now. The hair is extremely soft, being one of the finest types of badger hair which is renowned for its water absorption, softness and durability. The density of the hairs and their length give a great lather and help to lift the hairs on your face before your shave. This brush is much smaller than my previous one but does a much better job in less time. The stand is essential for allowing the brush to dry out naturally and maintain its life. Although you wouldn't notice the shape of the handle much it does allow you to get a good hold and manipulate it into all the angles you nned to get good coverage. The best I've tried., 12 Aug. 2015

This is the best shaving brush I have used, I have had a few, but, this one makes me enjoy shaving especially if used with a good soap or cream and a decent DE blade. Try it and it will be worth it and it will last for years.
