Wow very powerful like stated in the other review no need to rush do not use for more than 10-15 minutes at a time no need to. you will see results do keep a minimum of 4 feet away as this devise is very powerful and bright at all times wear your goggles and enjoy

I used it with care for the first few weeks and developed a nice tan I have seen other products very similar to this which cost 3 times as much and more in some cases.The is a serious bit of kit and you have to handle it with care read the instructions fully and build your tan gradually there's no need to rush just take care.Tans all of the upper body and the min distance from the unit is 120cm or 4ft.Always wear the googles provided.Please take note its a European plug that's fitted and you will need to purchase a English adaptor.Another great Amazon product and at a fraction of the price of others.

Don't sit closer than recommended distance...I did and got burnt..took a week to stop burning BUT an excellent bit of kit and if used exactly as directed will achieve the desired result.
