Having naturally wild and messy hair I was pleased to be offered this brush as a complimentary sample in exchange for an honest assessment and review. Having glanced in the mirror at my untidy tangled mop-head, I felt it was something I shouldn’t refuse.
Luckily I wasn’t in a rush because heating up was slower than I expected at 1 minute to reach 80 deg, 2 mins to 103 deg, 3 mins to 120 deg, 4 mins to 130, 5 mins to 143, 56 mins to 151, 7 mins to 165 and 8 minutes to reach 185 degC with the current brush temperature shown on the LED display. This was a temperature selected at random, and suggested by the user-information leaflet but the + and – buttons can be used to select any temperature at 5 degree intervals up to 230 degrees. The temperature can then be locked at the chosen level by pressing the on/off/lock button. Holding the same button for 3 seconds switches it on/off.
It was very easy to use and very similar to using a normal hair brush...

I love this hair straightener. I bought the pink version and it looks nice, it is larger than a standard hair brush with large round bristles. It has a very high temperature which is increased or decreased by buttons on the side you can choose how hot you want it as it goes up/down in fives up to 230. This product is not heavy and is so easy to use. I have long hair and doing the back section with normal straighteners is very difficult however with these it is as easy as brushing your hair. The bristles are protected so you can not burn your head and the area around the outside of the bristles is also protected so you can not burn your fingers. I have curly hair and this product was able to de-tangle my hair from dry and curly and make it straight without me having to wash and blow dry my hair straight first which is what I have always had to do to get straight hair with straighteners due to my curls. However, the item works as specified.
It heats up quickly and is fully adjustable to suit your comfort needs.
It's larger than a hairbrush but is light and easy to use.
It makes accessing the back of your head a easy task which is a great help.
I have long hair and limited movement in my arms and this was so much easier to use than tongs.
