Firstly this was dispatched Monday arrived Tuesday much to my surprise, very fast delivery.This is the ultimate in hair dryers, lots of adjustment with the settings and the touch control panel is easy to use.First use set I set the hairdryer as advised by the included hair length and type guide included (the dryer has a memory, unlike the last digital hairdryer I returned) and it left my hair so wonderfully soft and shiny :-)Oh and yes I purchased this for myself, I do love technology especially when it works this well. Rich Mancs.
