Excellent service so far, very quick delivery . the pony tail is great value for money. However the light auburn colour was more brown than red when arrived and sadly did not match my hair at all. If the colour had matched I definitely would have kept it. I have returned it for a refund and hope that goes as smoothly I will update information when refund has gone through.

i love this ponytail i have been buying ponytails for years and paids alot of money i wasnt sure about this been so cheap because i have paid 100 for ponytails so wasnt expecting alot but when i got it was shoked so lovely the colours and thick and looked lovely on soild claw clip will deffo get alot of wear out its its so nice love the colours looks so nice and narural nice and curly and thick and so cheap but ive paid 100 and had crap this is deffo the best i willbe back really fast service to which is a plus love it will deffo be back for more x
