This is a glass bottle containing 150 mL of bath oil. For some reason it's called Metal Detox? It is said to help eliminate toxins, stimulate lymphatic drainage and 'encourage circulation'. (Let's hope everyone's blood is already circulating of its own volition.)

It says add 2 to 3 capfuls to a bath. There is no cap. Just a pump. It also says that the oil may be applied directly whilst showering?

You are not to use this during pregnancy. The oil is sweet almond, peach kernel and jojoba oil. The essential oils included are rosemary, grapefruit, juniper and pelargonium (geranium) oil. The resultant scent is very pleasant and refreshing. It's suitable for a guy or a gal. I would go so far as to say it's actually quite head-clearing.

To be honest, II've never been a big fan of squirting oil in the bath and hoping some will cling to you as you get out to moisturise your skin. Personally, I think it's best to apply an emulsion – body cream -- directly...
