Only way to get a true chrome/mirror effect, 25 Oct. 2016

The ONLY way I've found to get a true chrome effect is by using these powders. Nail polishes that claim they can just don't quite achieve that 'mirror' look no matter how carefully you apply them or what top coat you use :(My only quibble with this particular purchase is that on receiving them you have no indication which effect each one produces (I bought the pack of 9). So far it's been a bit of trial and error. A colour chart with the product would have been helpful

For the price I paid I can't complain, however I cannot give 5 stars as some of the products just don't work as described and a few of the pots came half empty or less. The holo powders don't work on no wipe top coat for me (could be my fault, although I have experimented a lot of ways) but look ok (though not holo) if rubbed into sticky layer instead. The chameleon powders and metallic ones seem to do the job, although they're not as colourful and popping as the picture suggests.So judging by the products alone I'd gave 4*, however I almost reduced it to 3* purely based on the lack of full pots.

These are excellent colours for the money. They make the nails very shiny and chromey. It’d be helpful if there was some indication of which powder equals which colour on the nails as several look quite similar in their little pots. I made a little blob on the top of each pot with the powders before I used them to give me a better idea which colour I was using, would recommend this if you purchase them, otherwise it’s a little bit and miss.
