Love the colour and love how quick it dries !, 16 May 2016

This is one versatile nail varnish – can be used with or without a UV lamp! I have tried it on its own just 3 coats – its very quick drying and you can tell its dried as you can see the sheen of the rainbow ! its much more blue/ lilac when used like this !

I have used it with a UV lamp on its own no under coast and it’s a much deeper purple more lilac I again used 3 coats but it dried within 20 seconds ! so very quick to use and if you make a mistake which I often do you can easily correct it with a cotton bud and some acetone !

Do not confuse this with shellac you do not get the 10 days no chip / scratch that your used to, I used a base coat on mine to make it last that bit longer !

I have also put it over a base coat of a different colour (I used a metallic silver) then allow it to dry under the uv lamp for 20 seconds and then covered over with the gel top coat and then cure under the lamp.

nice colour but it isnt a gel polish., 12 May 2016

Firstly, this ISN'T a gel polish which is the reason i only gave three stars as it is advertised as a gel polish.I didn't bother to read the instructions as i use gel all the time so i proceeded to use this as a usual gel polish with my top, base and lamp. The result was.. strange to say the least. It didnt go on smoothly, it didnt cure right, it smudged underneath my top coat and it certainly wasn't as hard as my usual gel (I broke three of my nails whilst wearing this!!!!! - very unhappy).After some light reading through the reviews, i discovered that it wasnt actually a gel polish, it doesnt need curing and you have to use it with a specific top coat - stupid me right?I feel like this should be advertised as a rainbow colour coat rather than a gel polish as i am sure there has been a number of people buying this to use as gel like i did - or maybe i'm just stupid!

This stuff is actually amazing! This is one for any true Holosexual out there. Infact i have bought a few of their holo colours and not been disapointed with any! Only problem is, when i am wearing it i dont get much done, because i can't stop staring at my nails! And best of all, even though the bottle says UV/LED it does actually dry on its own, rather quickly, like a regular polish :)

I don't recommend the metallic top coat that the company recommends and INSISTS you must use with this.. that is really not the case and I don't actually know what this metallic top coat does, as firstly, you are instructed to apply a regular base coat, then the metallic top coat, cure it, then apply the rainbow polish which dries without being cured. So the metallic top coat doesn't actually finish off the look at all.. and it does nothing but smell really "metally"

I was expecting it to be of a metallic colour, as when I first used this polish I applied a metallic coloured polish...
