Lifts from nail, smells and blistered my finger, 27 Oct. 2016

Decided to wait until I could give a more in depth review, since the last reviewer didn't give us much to go on, and thank goodness I did.

I didn't expect much since this is super cheap gel but you never know. I used this for overlays. It applies really nicely (or as nice as a builder gel can). I was able to build the apex and get a very natural looking strong nail.

When applying you need to use it very sparingly and in very thin coats. If you apply too thick then your poor finger will burn and hurt so badly. It's the most intense pain imaginable for like 2 seconds and it's awful. If it does happen then just pull your hand out of the lamp and shake it, blow on it or press the underside of the sore finger until it goes away. Then only thin coats in future :)

Okay so having got my nails done at a salon every 3 weeks for the last year or so I decided to try on my own. I wanted a cheaper product before trying a more expensive one. I know this is super cheap and you really do get what you pay for. At first I thought it was alright! The first few times were okay however I hadn't applied the gel thick enough. The gel doesn't go rock hard, it stays sort of elastic and bendy (no matter how long you cure for). The last time I did my nails (about 4 weeks ago) I used all my old products, gel top coat, same glue, same varnish etc, the only new thing was this. My fingers came up so itchy and covered in tiny blisters. I put it down to a viral thing. Anyway I did my nails last night and the same thing has happened. Reading online it sounds like an allergic thing. I've never had an issue before and from what it sounds like, once you're allergic to acrylic, you're allergic forever. I don't know if it's the cheapy product that helped with that or another...

this was easily removed after filing/ buffing, 28 April 2017

I used this product to create gel extensions on my own nails. Very strong product and has lasted 5 days so far with no signs of lifting or chipping. Only comment I have is after curing and taking my nails out of the UV lamp, my nails had shallow pockets/ holes in them. However, this was easily removed after filing/ buffing. Otherwise it would be 5 stars.
