I think a couple of baths with this remarkable salt actually shrunk my ganglion on my wrist (it gets painful if too large), so it was well worth getting.Warning: it left me incredibly thirsty, so prepare a jug of water for the bedside table.

I have fibromyalgia and having a soak in this product helps relieve my pain. It's so relaxing. Also good for a ''gardeners'' back ache that my husband complains of. I drink 1/4 teaspoon dissolved in a glass of water at night and the same in the morning. It has an amazing effect in various issues: I sleep better, stopped having leg cramps at night, improves my mode during the day, relieves my osteoarthritis, etc (look at the book 'The Magnesium Miracle')
