Firstly I don't know why it states the maker is unknown, it's by ROYAL & LANGNICKEL, who make some of the best professional make up brushes. I have a full set of heres in a leather case.This brush is called the FINISHING FAN BBE-05. It's a great brush, bargain price! I use to highlight above cheek bones and down my nose. Beautiful quality!
