This comforting, clinically approved cream is for skin that is so dry it often feels tight and sore. It's especially effective on chapped and scaly areas, such as the knees and elbows, working to bind moisture to the skin with natural urea and lactate, and support the skin's own production of ceramides with carnitine.

Both immediately and over time, skin becomes softer and more supple. The oil-in-water texture of the cream ensures easy absorbtion, while working to reduce tightness and make chapped areas appear visibly smoothed.

Excellent outstanding result.I had extremely dry & tight skin in my face, for about 2 weeks.I used this cream for the first time in a few hours, my face was restored back to normal full of moisture, with the tightness released. Very fast acting and amazing results. Also it doesn't leave your skin greasy.

This cream has changed my life! I suffer from red, flakey eczema on my body and face. I had been using a low steroid cream on my face but was worried about the thinning of my skin. My Doctor prescribed this cream for me and it really works!On first application it did sting slightly and my face went a bit red, but it soon calmed down and the results after a week of use are amazing. My skin is very, very soft and no eczema in sight. I am very impressed!To all eczema sufferers or just people with dry skin, give it a go!

Dry skin cure...what a relief!, 17 Sept. 2008
My elbows were dry and looked like elephants knees (as my younger daughter commented). I found this cream to soothe and repair the cracked dry skin. It completely rejuvenated my skin in under a week, I can recommend this to any one who wants to repair areas of dry skin.
