This cleanser deep cleanses without drying or stripping the skin and removes even the most stubborn of waterproof make-up. To use: For normal/dry skin types, apply once a day. For congested skin, apply twice a day, morning and night. Massage a small amount onto the face and neck onto dry skin over make-up and residue from the day. Rinse thoroughly with warm water.
