The best before date is not very long on this item. I use this for when I get nail psoriasis flares. I add hot water and mix as well it can. I the dip my finger in the solution for 5 minutes. It does seem to stop any further damage to the nail when I get a flare. If I don't I then end up with psoriatic arthritis in the joint which is excruciating and makes me want to cut the tip of my finger off. Note this something I read about in an article that you can use this on.

Deals effectively with my Psoriasis. Non-steroid. Have used it when necessary for some years.

Won't cure it but so far it is the best I have used except for steroid based creams going to order some more as it improves the look and I think it is good to give skin a rest from steroid cream
