The "Eyelure" Heated Eyelash Curler is an excellent gadget. It works really well and the technique is so simple; just allow the curler to heat, for about 20 secs, ten press gently against your lashes. It only takes a few seconds and it's a bit like using an ordinary mascara wand. The effect is long-lasting, my lashes still looked "perky" at bed-time!If, like me, you wear specs, and find that your lashes (annoyingly) sweep against the lenses when you blink, then putting a curl into them will help to prevent the problem.Five stars from me, a great product and good value for money.

Don't waste your money, 14 July 2012

When my faithful Eyecurl II eyelash curler died after many years of faithful service, I tried to buy another. Could not find the Eyecurl anywhere on the web, so bought the Eyelure instead. What a disappointment! It heated up a little to begin with, then stopped even managing that after a few days. Replacing the battery did no good. Really, it is no better than the sort of cold brush that can be obtained free or at little cost. The good news - found the Eyecurl in the US and threw the Eyelure away.

Great little gadget, 24 Jun. 2010

This takes some getting used to and a few practise runs but once mastered it is superb for anyone with short lashes. I have also used a lithium battery as they last a lot longer. I use it when going out and it really does open up the eyes and I find two or sometimes even three thin coats of mascara work miracles.
