I’ve worn facial sunblocks for years and in my experience they do vary wildly in quality. I always look for the use of natural ingredients and a high sun protection factor. I have been using this product since it arrived and am wholly delighted with it.

Firstly, I like the simplistic and natural packaging and the fact that the ingredients are all listed on the box. Inside is a high quality pump dispenser bottle that although dispenses just a little too much for my liking, is fully controllable as to how much you dispense onto your fingers. You really don’t need a lot of product here, just enough to rub into your entire face (avoiding the eyes of course) and even giving my lips an application, I don’t seem to need much. Does not make my oily skin any oilier, even under makeup!, 9 Oct. 2015

I was sent this item in order to provide an honest review. Although I know we are supposed to apply facial sunscreen when outdoors (even when it is cloudy as UVA and UVB rays are still a risk even in winter) I rarely do because I have oily skin and hate anything that exacerbates this.

But when I came across this facial sunscreen by Beauty By Earth I was intrigued and willing to give it a try because it uses organic and natural ingredients and comes in a spray bottle and I like the idea of spritzing over my skin rather than rubbing cream in.

Benefits of wearing daily sunscreen:

1. Rates of skin cancer continue to rise

2. All though hardly mentioned now, the ozone layer is still depleting meaning we need protection from harmful rays

3. It will help prevent skin discolouration, blotchy skin and brown spots

4. Wrinkles!

* About the ingredients:

I'm one of those people who really looks at the ingredients of products to make sure the product is healthy and let me tell you, it's really hard to find a sunscreen that is as health-conscious in its ingredients as this one! I was so happy to finally find a sunscreen with no nasty chemicals and that also only contains non-nano Zinc Oxide as the active ingredient (as opposed to sunscreens with non-nano titanium dioxide which although sometimes said to be safe, have gotten some mixed results in research as to whether they're truly entirely safe). But yes, extremely happy with the ingredients of this product.
