Excellent tanning lamp, 27 April 2014

This tanning lamp is small but excellent. It arrived promptly and was easy to use from the very first time. The instructions are clear; basically it's just a matter of plugging it in, turning it on, setting the timer ... and that's it. No problems at all. Although it's meant as a facial tanner, I also use it to tan my feet and lower legs which for some inexplicable reason never seem to tan well in the sun. It only takes a few sessions to get a nice golden tan, then maybe one session per week to keep it up. I checked before buying it to make sure replacement tubes are available and yes, they are. As the unit is small and neat it's easy to store and is of course portable. An excellent product and one I'm happy to recommend.

It is portable and practical, but sold at extortionist price.A 10kW sunbed is £1000 to buy, or 5 quid to use at a tan shop for two 6-minute sessions a week, giving you the same results as 15 minutes a day with this 180W lamp.Besides, the lamp will only treat your face instead of the whole body, and comes at a stomping figure of £240.The most disappointing downside is that no spare tubes are provided, and they cannot be procured separately either.It would have been a highly welcomed customer oriented attitude to supply at least two spare tubes with the product.Failing that, it is an insane waste of money to order this lamp in case that your location has tan shops.Unfortunately, mine does not, making me a target for reckless marketing.
