For the actual product itself I give it 5 stars. It was great, didn't break or anything, looks exactly like the picture and isn't too small nor is it too big.However for the shipping, I would definitely give it no stars if possible, although it is free shipping, i was doubting the product would even get to me as it took forever.

The estimated delivery was about a month and it did come within that time, after about 2weeks so happy with that. Was a little confused when I opened it but realised the chain to go over my head had been attached to the wrong link, which was easily changed to right one with a pair of scissors after that tried it on and I really like it, fits perfectly, and hopefully I have an average sized head. It does look like the picture if slightly brighter gold.
