Poor quality, broken zip, seller refused to send a new one, 20 Aug. 2016

The product is really poor quality. The zip broke immediately. I had to go abroad immediately after buying the product so didn't complain until a few months afterwards. The seller told me I should replace the zip myself and refused to send another. I used it without doing up the zip and lost a ring as a consequence. My strong advice is do not buy from this seller.
