So to add to the title it literally ruins your hair. Ive tried many products over the years. My hair is naturally curly but not mega frizzy and ive been painfully slowly growing out my fringe for the last 6 months so i wanted to speed it up.

This made my hair get very very snappy and wirey. My friend and i quote word for word said 'eughh its like a dolls hair , it feels synthetic'. So i stopped using it after about three weeks so dont know if beyond some nasty initiation phase it would really work but my hair got shorter because it just snaps off on the ends and has a horrible texture. Very dissapointing but seriousy im not exaggerating and i hardly ever leave reviews let alone bad ones so this is a word of warning.

This is without doubt the only shampoo/conditioner that really makes hair grow fast. Mine grows an inch per month and the condition of my hair is excellent. Can't praise this product highly rnough

By using this conditioner and the Fast Shampoo, my hair has been able to grow past the point where it always used to break off. My hair has never been longer than when using this product. It's fantastic. I would say using this conditioner with the Fast shamppo is a must as the shampoo alone can leave it dry - however, when used in combination with the conditioner, it's perfect. I have previously try all sorts of expensive products, many by Kerastase, but my hair has never been in better condition, or grown as long as with these FAST products. I don't use them everyday as the instructions tell you too (I don't have time) so use them every other day or every 3rd day. My hair is fine, curly and tends to be dry - but this sorts it out. I blow dry my hair straight each time, sometimes using straighteners, but this conditioner is great for keeping my hair in a healthy condition, preventing it from bring dry and brittle and snapping off.
