I have tried many oils and the like over the last twelve months but as soon as my partner saw this one, she was jumping up and down insisting that I got some. It was the one she had raved about for years and no matter my protestations about the oils I had been using being perfectly adequate if not exemplary, she was adamant that I just had to get this one to try too.
After it had arrived, despite her insisting it had to be me who tried it, I've hardly seen it as shes spirited it away into her collection, capriciously hiding it and only giving me bits to try after great pulling of face and complaining.
Though I'd not admit it too loudly in front of her, it really has lived up to her hype and has equaled the best I have tried before. I personally find it best as a pre conditioner for my hair. Having recently read that coconut oil is very good as a moisturiser as well as being used in toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner , lip balms, sunburn remedies etc so I decided to give it a try and see what the hype is all about.
I ordered this coconut oil and it arrived the next day securely packaged.
The bottle had a standard screw cap on it upon arrival which was changed to the large pump dispenser which is supplied with it.
The oil is fractionated , which I didn't really know about until I purchased this particular coconut oil, This means that it has had the long chains of triglycerides removed to leave the medium triglycerides. This technical lingo basically means that the leftover oil is much purer, colourless, odourless and non-greasy. This coconut oil is 100% pure

I suffer with a dry skin condition called psoriasis and my 16 year old daughter has severe acne being treated with medication with leaves her skin extremely dry. I decided to purchase this to see if it would help to relieve some of the symptoms which occur with these two conditions.
I have only had this for 2 days so i really can not comment on any long term use, but i will revisit this review to add any further comments if i feel this is necessary.
Firstly this bottle came very well packaged , protected and also placed inside a plastic bag to ensure this didn't leak.
The bottle comes with an ordinary top but you are also supplied with a pump top too. I placed the pump top on and continued to pump some out but found that the pumper lets far too much of the oil out at once. I have subsequently ordered a couple of smaller atomiser bottles of 50ml so i can decant some out and use the little sprayer as i think this will fit my needs better.
