This has been a vital part of my survival pack for years. I have a very sensitive stomach and get food poisoning with astonishing speed - this stuff is brilliant at swiftly relieving the symptoms of nausea and headaches. 1 level teaspoon sprinkled onto half a glass of water with a little apple cider vinegar, stir with a plastic spoon (metal ones react, apparently) and down the hatch - swiftly followed by a glass of water, with activated charcoal capsules if in dire straits. Try not to taste or smell it, procedure best done with speed.

Works on hangovers too. Not a great taste but its good medicine. Parakeets feed on clay to counteract the toxins in their diets. I always take some with me when going abroad, much better than store bought stuff.

I try to have this once a month as a detox, first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. Good aid to a healthy digestive system and complexion, makes a great face mask too. A packet lasts a very long time so not...
