Gorgeous shade,bad box!, 17 Aug. 2014

I was very pleased with the shade as I have used it before. I was very disappointed with the box itself which was open at both ends,squashed and twisted. The brown bubble bag was fine with no damage at all so the seller must have been responsible for the state of the box. As everthing was fine inside I decided to keep the hair colour but I won't use this seller again!

just recently gone back to using this product. the shade is completely natural looking and the product is very easy to use- just shampoos in. I have been unable to find this particular shade in any shop so ordered from Amazon. Very prompt service, the order arrived within 2 days of ordering.

Love the colour, 2 Feb. 2013

I have been using this shade for 35 years, as have other customers, and could not find it in shops anymore. Tried others, did not like them, so ordered from here. Wrote Garnier who phoned to confirm that it was still on their menu, and it reappeared a few weeks later, pheww.I started using it to replace hennae, that you had to keep on hair all night at the time, and it has given my hair this "petit plus", a dark red natural shine over my dark brown base.Now that i have a certain amount of grey hair, it doesn't do the job as well anymore, after two to three weeks the grey starts shining through.Tried salon, and it was the same, no better lasting power, tried other brands, but could not find the equivalent shade.
