is the usual BB cream of choice for my wife but is more expensive than this one from L'Oréal. It’s sometimes me who ends up paying for it so I was hoping that this would prove to be a cheaper alternative which still delivered the results, and based on previous experience with products from this brand we had high expectations. Unfortunately, it did not deliver and proved to be very disappointing. Although the cream itself is nice and smooth with a pleasant texture and smell it made virtually no difference when applied to her face. The instructions suggest massaging the tube to ensure that it is well-mixed but that made no difference here, and the results were still poor.

This range of BB creams by Garnier are somewhere between a moisturiser and a foundation; offering a light and natural looking base. Useful if you don’t like wearing heavy make-up or if you have any blemishes or marks that you want to cover up.
The cream itself comes in a narrow tube and is boxed. This is medium and I have used light before with good results, so was keen to see if this would make a difference. The cream looked quite a lot darker than the light version, but I tried just a little and rubbed it in well. It left my skin very soft and did help blur any minor imperfections, but I think the light cream worked better for my skin tone.
