L'Oréal======They are the largest cosmetics company in the world. They have loads of brands from Garnier, L'Oréal and have huge research facilities in respect of cosmetics. Just because they're the biggest doesn't mean they're the best. Equally, just because they're the biggest doesn't mean they're evil. I've tested loads of L'Oréal stuff ranging from WOW this should be on the NHS to Oh my golly gosh-this is dreadful.OK? This is a fairly large bottle (200ml) of toner, enriched with Lotus Flower and Moringa extracts, known for anti oxidant and purifying properties, and is for normal to combination skin. This is an excellent cleanser, which removed any traces of make-up leftover. It is a clear liquid, which didn’t leave my skin feeling tight, but it did leave it feeling a little dry. However, I do normally feel the need to moisturise after toning, so I was not particularly surprised by that.I feel this is a good value product. It has a pleasant fragrance, leaves your skin really fresh and clean and will last a long while.

This is a nice light toner that feels very cool and soothing on the face.It sweeps across my face removing the last traces of cleanser and any missed muck and filth with ease and leaves nothing behind but a fresh face with nice soft skin. I don't feel the need for a final rinse in fresh water after using this, which is quite unusual for me, as my face feels clean and fresh enough to moisturiser straight away. I have had no break outs or allergic reactions to this ( though I am careful to keep it away from my eye area) and have and will continue to recommend this to a friend.
