Very convenient but useless and expensive, 28 Oct. 2016

Brilliant product for your makeup bag. Other than that seems to be useless and does nothing to reduce or eliminate any breakouts (at least for me) I have tried applying it in the morning and in the evening. Still no difference and it's awfully expensive for just 10 ml. There are definitely better and cheaper products out there. Clearasil, frankly, does a better job!

I had the (mis)fortune of getting a minor breakout soon after receiving the Clear & Perfect stick. The stick is pretty small - definitely handbag friendly, and it comes in very attractive packaging - as befitting its cost.The mixture, which seems to consist primarily of salicytic acid (a very common ingredient in clearasil etc) and alcohol is dispensed with a little metal rollerball. The ball is pleasingly cool on the skin, and I'd say it's about the right size for dispensing a decent amount of mixture accurately.It's always a little tricky to evaluate products aimed at blasting blemishes, since some spots go away on their own quite quickly anyway. The SOS stick seems to dry out and reduce the size of whiteheads, though. My skin is quite sensitive, so it does leave some redness, but that goes away quickly. Overall, I'd give it a cautious recommendation so far, though the long term effects of dabbing strong alcohol on my skin remain to be seen.
