Gatineau Super Serum Duo, 2 Sept. 2017

This product comprises two separate serums supposedly with anti aging properties to improve the appearance of the skin and reduce signs of aging such as wrinkles, loss of firmness, dehydration and in particular loss of radiance and pigmentary irregularities. What you get is a 30ml day and night serum primarily marketed on the packaging as being a brown spot corrector and also a 15ml rejuvenating night-time elixir which can be used as a daily skin care product or as a 21 day treatment.

The serums offer a very light and non greasy application which is quickly absorbed by the skin and doesn't make the skin oily like some other moisturising products. However after 21 days of using the products I can't say there was any noticeable improvement to the skin's appearance and considering the expensive price tag compared with other high street brands I was left underwhelmed. Nothing more than than 2 very good moisturisers!, 3 Mar. 2017

This is a duo pack of the Ultra regenerating night elixir (15ml) and Integral regenerating concentrate (30ml). The packaging is smart and expensive looking, heavy glass bottles with chunky black caps. It's suited to anyone who proudly displays their cosmetics collection (not me, but I know some enjoy this! :)

ULTRA REGENERATING NIGHT ELIXIR

This can be used in 1 of 2 ways:

1) As a daily care product

2) As a 21 day treatment

I decided to use it as a 21 day treatment (although I think that Gatineau suggesting these 2 options is pretty much irrelevant as the tiny bottle is basically almost empty after 21 days anyway! It's probably a way of justifying it lasting such a short amount of time to say that that's the treatment length).

I used 2 pumps of the thin white cream each night and have not noticed a big difference from it, other than the immediate superficial benefit offered by the slightly pearly shine it gives you as there are...

It takes almost a month for new skin cells to be formed on the surface of your face and so I took a photo of my face on day one, and again after 21 days (the program's length). There were two effects, one more noticeable than the other. There was a reduction in fine lines and a very small impact on a few larger lines, which is not necessarily immediately apparent. What was more striking, was the tone of my skin was brighter, more energized. That's a four star product right there.It is a pleasant combo to apply. It's very thin and instantly absorbed, leaving the skin smooth to the touch. The pumps are highly pressured, so it can squirt out quite a distance if you don't point it the right way. Half way through a encountered a few days where a small patch of my skin was quite dry at the end of the day. This soon disappeared and my skin was better for it.I imagine I'll have this healthier look for the next month or so, then can apply another round.
