Product description In nail sculpting UV gel must be applied to the mail in a number of steps. This Phase One gel is excellent as a builder gel for perfect sculpting and as a finish gel for a total high gloss. The Phase One gel is applied thinly as a builder gel and then hardened for two minutes under a curing lamp. On account of its transparent and clear consistency the Phase One gel is also used for building the nail. The UV Phase One gel is a medium viscosity clear UV gel that is easy to apply and does not run into the edges of the nai. In this way the nail maintains its distinctive stability and durability. The UV Phase One gel must be allowed to harden for 2 minutes under a curing lamp. On account of the new recipe, heat does not developed on the finger nail. Then the UV Phase One gel can be easily filed into shape and one of our many UV colour gels can be applied. Depending on the wishes of the client and the creativity of the nail designer wonderful motifs and patterns can be created on the nail. When using ready-made patterned nail tips these can be covered with a clear UV gel and thus maintain their beautiful appearance. Subsequently you apply again the UV Phase One clear gel lightly and harden it again for 2 minutes, removng the sweat layer with a cleaner. In this way your wonderfully designed nails aacquire a perfect high gloss.

In the past I have tried other UV Gels, but they all lifted no matter what I tried.I read the excellent reviews for this UV Gel and I decided to try it, but I wasn't expecting much as the price was so low.But BOY WAS I SURPRISED!!! It goes on very easily, is a thick builder gel, is self levelling within a couple of seconds and IT DOES NOT LIFT.This UV Gel WORKED PERFECTLY ON THE FIRST TRY for me - each layer cured for 2 mins under a 36 watt UV lamp - where others so called TOP BRANDS FAILED eg Gellux etc and for a FRACTION OF THE COST.Thank you Sun Garden Nails.

I'm always looking for a cheaper, good quality gel for my personal use, as opposed to using the 'top range' gel I use for my clients nails. Being a nail tech I'm always scrubbing polish/designs off my extensions so the gel has to be able to stand up to the abuse I give it :) The gel itself is a good consistency, applies smoothly and levels well. I applied 3 light coats of gel over the Tips to enable a natural thickness and good shape. Before I polished my nails I first applied a UV Gel Base Coat just to give the gel a protective layer and a fair head start - So far so good - 5 colour changes using Regular Nail Polish and Acetone Free Remover and the gel is still doing well and looking good.

The down side of this gel is the curing time - I use an LED Lamp which cures my regular gel and gel polishes in 30 seconds, but to cure this gel took 3 minutes each layer - I cured for 30, 60, 90, 120, 150 seconds and the first layer still 'dragged' when applying the 2nd layer :/
