excellent choice, 21 April 2011

I required new cutters and foils for my shaver. What I didn't expect was the amount of choice where I could get my replacments. The ones I did choose turned out better than expected. I didn't think they would arrive in time before I left on business, how wrong could I have been.Excellent choice.

The replacement foils and cutters were very easy to replace - it is just a shame that you can't buy these items separately as I only really needed the replacement foils.The vendor provided a very prompt service and the items arrived earlier than expected.

Not fit for purpose., 18 July 2013

I had previously purchased this item from a different supplier, but had to return it as "not fit for purpose" as the foil head would not engage properly with the razor. The original foil head give a distinct click when fitted. The replacement did not 'latch' properly and came off when switching the razor on. I contacted Remington and they said there was not a problem!! Do they read reviews??I ordered the parts as advised in the booklet and this was the same number given by the person I contacted.The new item I recently ordered from a different supplier did exactly the same. However, I kept the new head. This time I took each individual foil from the new head and fitted them to the original head. Works without problem!!Edited to add service from supplier was very good and prompt. Pity about the "genuine Remington part" not fitting correctly.
