My partner uses this so my review can only give the female perspective. Nice manly smell unlike some of the awful mens ranges now available. The wooden bowl is also attractive in the bathroom

Disappointing, 14 Sept. 2015
I've been itching to use this for ages, but for £20 this can only be described as disappointing. The quality of the lather is not at the same level as say Mitchalls Wool Fat or D R Harris, too foamy and full of bubbles, lacking density and longevity (like canned foam). I've tried various methods to lather, different brushes, soaking the puck, different amounts of water, bowl/face lather etc, but still get the same disappointing results. I will not be buying again, for GFT I would of expected so much more.
