Love my Gigi kit, warms up quickly and once you turn down temperature keeps wax constant. However the only downside was the products that came with the kit, they were very very small would have been better if company allowed you to request size of product as I would have chosen large, but that's my personal opinion.Well worth the money.I hope this wax pot lasts, I purchased June 2014, so still early days to comment on durability.

Arrived before estimated delivery date, very easy to use for an inexperienced practitioner. Wax was vey easy to apply and didn't irritate the skin of my victim. I would recommend buying additional strips if you are new to waxing because the fabric does get sticky quickly and if you are only removing small areas at a time, they finish up in no time. Heater melted the wax quickly and kept it at a workable temperature throughout the session. Results are smooth, did not have to go over areas again.Very pleased, will definitely be getting a top up.
