A lot better than the standard one, as it seems to smooth the skin better because it is for sensitive skin. However, a man never likes to be told he has sensitive skin. Easy foaming and spreads over a large area, only a small amount is needed to cover the area to be shaved. Will use this from now on, and at a good price.

I tried this gel because sometimes my skin can be a little sensitive and prone to itching after shaving. Hydra Gel enabled me to shave really easily and comfortably, and my skin felt smooth and happy afterwards with no irritation at all. Using this, I didn't even need any kind of aftershave. You can be quite sparing with it too - I didn't know how much to use at first, so I squirted out a globule about the size of a marble, and it was twice as much as I needed! Excellent product.

This is a good product. If you use enough to cover your index finger you can get a good shave out of it and ensure it lasts for at least or month or so.
