I've tried all razors 5 blades 4 , 3 vibrating , fixed , swivel , electric but I always come back to the Gillette twin , , you don't need more than 2 blades and the head is just the right size for the top lip and around the nose. In my opinion this is the best razor out there and ots seen the test of time

I've been using the Sensor Excel razor for about 7 years now. I've got an uncommonly heavy growth and have to shave every day. I've lost count of the number of different razors that I've tried and this really is the only one that gets close to providing a decent shave. I actually prefer it to the newer Sensor3 which I find less comfortable and it's way better than the standard sensor.I think that it is superb and the only razor that I would recommend.

I bought this after reading the reviews and agree that the 2 blade cartridge is the one to have. 3 blades do not improve things for me either.The Sensor Excel Razor handle is pleasant to use.I have ordered the larger packs of genuine Gillette blades after dipping my toe in the water with this product.I have been much happier shaving with this razor and with the addition of olive oil massaged into the beard and then shaving foam on top.No more razor burn and a close uncomplicated shave with cuts a rarity now.
