I have used gillette sensor 3 blades for a very long time and have always been pleased with them , they give an adequate close shave ; they are i find a little expensive on the market and ive noticed that all shops now are not stocking them which is a nuisance so i shall buy them in future on line and just hope they still manufacture them .

Amazon to the rescue again, 1 Aug. 2014

Not everyone likes the kind of shaving head that you drag behind the handle (the shaver's equivalent of front-wheel drive?) which seems to dominate the shelves these days. If you have to navigate around a beard, "rear wheel drive" is definitely preferable, as you get with the Gillette Sensor 3. I was pleased to see it make a comeback earlier this year, but only packaged - as it always was - with 2 x two-blade heads and 1 x three-blade head. The reappearance of the main product does not seem to have made three-blade packs any easier to find in Boots or anywhere else. So Amazon comes to the rescue again. They are still quite expensive for what they are (hence one star off) but all men's shaving stuff seems to be overpriced so Amazon is no worse than the high street in this regard.
