For the first week or so, I was in love with these razors based on the results it gave. The soap bars are very convenient to give a smooth shave without needing shaving gel, and my legs felt super soft. However, there are a few drawbacks; firstly, Its difficult to travel with these blades, because they go a bit "slimy" when wet, so if you throw it in your travel bag before it dries, it sticks to everything and makes a mess. Secondly, whilst the blades gave great results on my legs, the shape of them makes it a bit awkward to do my underarms or bikini area effectively. The final drawback for me, is that the soap bars only lasted on the razor for around a week, and after they dissolved and came off, the razor becomes too "scratchy" to use. Personally, I can't afford to replace the blades so often, so I prefer the other Venus blades and will be going back to using them with shaving gel simply because they are more economical. I feel these blades fall a bit short in places while true to form, they also deliver part of what they promise in the marketing and the advertising.
Good points:
* The smell of the Spa Breeze gel on the razors is very appealing and fresh and sweet, makes it a joy to use (previously used the Sugar Berry scent, which is also very nice).
* The blades do manage to provide a much quicker and accurate shave than similar products, with you finding yourself spending less time going over the same areas again and again with little change to the growth.
* The Gel begins to melt as it touches the water providing a much smoother shave that prevents less razor burn and creates a slicker surface.
Bad Points:
* The sides of the razor aren't always cushioned/smoothed to prevent catching, and they can catch you in certain areas. I've ended up with a few scratches under the arms more than once using this brand which normally doesn't...

I've been using Gillette razors for years as they always deliver a close shave without the risk of nicks and cuts, so I was pleased to try these new blades. The blades will fit onto any existing Venus razor, such as the Embrace or the Olay, so you can try these without needing to buy the Breeze Spa razor itself (although if you like these blades, you may then want the matching pink razor!)
The blades come individually sealed so they remain hygienic, and when you open the seal they smell quite nice - apparently it's white tea but it smelt like a nice vanilla scented candle to me. The blades are very attractive too, with a nice pink colour and a pearly sheen.
I wasn't overly impressed with the shave though. Unlike the Venus Olay blades which work up a nice little lather, these blades just left a slightly moist residue. It did allow me to shave without shaving foam, which is a great idea, but it definitely wasn't the most comfortable shave I've had. It certainly...
