OK I am quite a cynic when it comes to cellulite products. I've tried a few things and have been left out of pocket and disappointed but this product is the exception.

Guam comes in a big pot of, basically, green slime that you smear over your orange peel areas - thighs in my case. Then you wrap yourself in cling film like a left over sausage and bake in your own juices for 45 minutes. The mud is cool to the touch but as your body temperature activates it you will notice a tingling of the skin... and if you lose the end of the clingfilm and don't wrap up quickly it can sting so get your covers on as quickly as you can - it's obviously very potent.

The fragrance is not particularly unpleasant and the gloop rinses off readily in the shower (it doesn't set or anything). The product seems to draw fluids out of the affected areas and when you do rinse off you will notice some reddening of the skin (manufacturers suggest a patch test).

The best product, 30 April 2010

I have been using this mud since it came out on the market. It works on old cellulites too. It takes 2 jars of 1 Kg to eliminate it almost completely, following the program as per leaflet. But is worth it. I just do not like to wrap myself in the cling film though...

After reading many of the reviews before purchasing this item, I thought I would give it a go to help with the appearance of the cellulite on my thighs and buttocks. After the first application, I could see an improvement but obviously a few more applications was needed. I have since used it a further three times and can see a remarkable difference, well worth trying.
