judging by the WOW noises from the female members of the household this is a well appreciated gift that only required two cheap AA batteries to be up and running. The timing is perfect as sunshine means sandals and women are conscious of their feet so this is a potential lifesaver for them.There is a small brush to clean out the debris from the detachable head unit.There are two heads of differing roughness depending on the problem skin to be removed. I tried it on my hand and too much pressure stops the rotation which is a good thing as otherwise it would burn flesh..This does the job perfectly well and only costs a fraction of the cost of those advertised elsewhere

Great product and does wonders for a persons feet!, 25 Sept. 2015
I received this Hometek Professional Electronic Pedicure Foot for testing and reviewing purposes.I despise walking around with shoes on when I go outside no matter what kind of weather it is out. So unfortunately I get calluses really bad. Especially on my heels. Well when I used this on my feet it made them baby smooth. I had always seen it on tv and wanted to get one, but didn't want to pay the high price that they sell for. But when reviewing this product I would highly recommend it at the price that you can get it at.It definitely works and I love the way it made my feet feel (even though within two weeks they will be back to the way they were). Lol. If you have callused feet and want to make them look like you just went and got a pedicure, get this!

It really works, 15 July 2015

This HOMETEK electronic foot file is a great addition for any one with hard skin.

After trying many other various hard skin removals such as pedi- egg, pumice stones ,various callous removers, lotions, potions and also rufa fish i didn't hold out much hope for the hard skin on the balls of my feet and at the side of my big toes.

Well this foot file has it all has it all it comes with 2 rotating heads and a brush to clean the skin from the machine.

To be up and running with my foot file i needed 2xAA batteries, i was a bit disappointed they did not come with it as i had to purchase some.

The batteries are nice and easy to insert at the base of the foot file you just twist to open and place the batteries in.

The foot file can be used wet or dry but for best effects i recommend using dry, and after use applying moisturiser

The heads are easy to change over by pressing the button in on the right hand side and pulling the head out.
