Just like it says. Does what it is supposed to do. Used twice so far , I would use more but I have not got my conditioner right yet. Yet to find a really great conditioner to use with it. I did notice that my hair was less dry and seemed to absorb product better after using the wrap. WARNING : some people left reviews about it not staying hot long enough, but you can heat a bit more. I did this a little too hot and one of my gel packs exploded. So now I have to trim part of a section off of the back, will have to purchase a replacement for that part. I like this better than a hooded dryer as I am trying not to use any really drying heat to my delicate hair (if that makes sense) and to be able to retain moisture at the same time.

Great product. Does get quite hot in the back ..., 6 July 2016
Great product. Does get quite hot in the back of the neck but I experience the same thing under the heater at the hairdressers. Does fit comfortably on my head overall and I can definitely see/feel the difference using it has made.
